The renovated Dome Bar, Sports & Social Club offers students a place to relax and unwind from their busy academic life.  Coffee by the fire, hot spicy lunches and an afternoon sandwich menu is available.

The Dome is the social centre of student life in WIT and the program of entertainment for the coming year is even better than ever. With up to date hits and classic tunes on the Jukebox and such ‘chill out’ facilities as a dart board, a pool table, giant jenga and beer pong tables. There is no better place to relax on campus.

Entertainment Weekly

Light entertainment is available during the week with table quizzes, pool tournaments, darts competitions and lots more to relax and absorb while at WIT. As with all licensed clubs, there is a statutory membership fee, payable on registration day.            
Located on the Main Campus, the Dome opens Monday to Friday, from 11.00am to 11.30pm, and for weekend functions.

Class Parties/Clubs & Societies Events etc.

The Dome management and staff can assist and advise any student group or class party on organising a social event or fundraising function. The Dome can arrange refreshments and entertainment. Live bands perform here on a weekly basis and all sporting events are shown on six flat screen TVs with surround sound. The Dome is a popular venue for student birthdays and class celebrations.

Our freshly prepared student lunches range from Beer Battered Fish n’Chips, Spicy Beef Wraps to Club Sandwiches and made to order Panini’s. All at keen prices!
